Top Executive Support 


TES is an iOS native application developed exclusively for top 200 executives (excom) of Schneider Electric. Using TES, Excom can raise/track/schedule an issue. They can also perform live chat with the support team. This application is notification driven and aims to expedite the support process. TES is also made for the Support users, using which they can create/update/delete an issue, chat with excoms and coordinate among other support teams.
